Agape Flights Shipping

This is an update to give you the rules and regs for shipping items to your sister church through our account here in Haiti.

You can use Agape Flights to ship to us items for your sister church. They fly into us on the first Wednesday of each month. Here are the rules for using Agape.

1. The cost to you is $3.00 per pound. This covers shipping, handling, customs and storage. This is the cost at this time and could go up if things like fuel costs continue to change. This rate will go into effect on September 1st, 2007.
2. You will need to pay us here in Haiti. Please pay with cash or check.
3. You will need to ship 3 months prior to your visit to Haiti.
4. Let me know ASAP before you ship how many pounds you plan to send so we can notify Agape of extra items.
